Climate control works perfectly. Body is in excellent shape with only a few minor blemishes. Interior is in great shape as well with no tears or stains. Leather is in good shape with normal wear and typical creases on driver and front passenger seats. Never raced, non-smoker, always garaged.
All first generation CTS-V known issues have been resolved using best practices. Differential was replaced with the latest generation GM part with Amsoil HD oil and RevShift bushings at 64.5k (have documentation). Creative Steel differential block was installed at 30k. Motor mounts were replaced with RevShift mounts at 64.5k.
Other improvements/recent maintenance include:
Volant Cold Air Intake (have stock air box)
Hi-flow Magnaflow catalytic converters at 64.5k
Rear muffler delete (sounds great and not too loud, but I have stock mufflers)
21st Century Muscle Cars mild street computer tune (also deletes skip shift program)
Short-throw shifter upgrade
Cross drilled/slotted rotors
Goodrich stainless braided brake lines at 49k
OEM rear spoiler
Clear turn signal and marker lenses
Water pump and belts replaced at 71k
Trans fluid changed at 64.5k
Brake pads and fluid (ATE Super Blue) replaced at 80k
Power steering flushed and filled with Royal Purple synthetic fluid 80k
Regular Mobile1 oil changes
Have all four stock wheels (one serves as full-size spare since car did not come with one from factory)
Minor flaws include:
A few scratches in window tint.
Driver side passenger window recently replaced. Does not have matching tint but is not obvious.
Small worn spot on driver carpet. Normally covered by mat.
Regarding the AutoCheck report of unibody damage by an auction, I only learned about it after submitting this listing on eBay. It came as a surprise to me because the CarFax I received before I purchased the vehicle in 2011 does not mention it and throughout my almost eight years of ownership I have never had an issue with the car that could be associated with any kind of unibody damage. Nor has myself, a mechanic or auto body specialist discovered any repaired damage from such a claim. The only insurance claim that I made on the vehicle was for minor hail damage that was all remediated with paintless dent repair and new GM parts. The car has never had a salvage or rebuilt title, it tracks straight and true and has never had any gap/fitment issues or leaks around the doors, windows or sunroof. Bottom line, if in fact the car did receive the damage listed in the report, the repair work was executed so well that it is like it never happened.
It is a great car and I have enjoyed it for seven+ years, but I need to make room in the garage and let someone else enjoy it. Serious inquiries only. I do not need help selling.
