YOU ARE LOOKING AT A 1971 OPEL GT WITH THE RARE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION OPTION. I BOUGHT THIS TO RESTORE BUT I DO NOT HAVE TIME AND IT IS JUST GOING TO ROT AWAY IF IT DOESN'T GET PUT INSIDE. IT CAME FROM ARIZONA SO I WAS TOLD BUT IT HAS BEEN SITTING OUTSIDE IN MISSOURI SINCE 2000. IT IS A REALLY GOOD BASE TO DO A RESTORATION BUT IT DOES HAVE SOME RUST HOLES STARTING TO APPEAR. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF THE BAD SPOTS. THE FLOOR PANS ARE FAIRLY SOLID BUT THERE ARE SOME HOLES HAPPENING. DEFINITELY ONE OF THE NICEST UNRESTORED OPEL GT'S YOU WILL FIND IN MISSOURI. THERE IS ALSO A DENT IN THE REAR OF THE CAR WHERE IT WAS HIT LIGHTLY. THE HEADLIGHTS WORK WELL. IT MAY OR MAY NOT RUN, I HAVEN'T TRIED TO START IT. IT HAS A WEBER CARB. SOME OF THE WIRES HAVE BEEN VICTIM TO MICE. THE INTERIOR IS SUN BAKED AND SOMEONE REPLACED THE CARPET WITH WHAT LOOKS LIKE HOUSE CARPET. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS OR PICKING IT UP. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK. CHECK OUT MY OTHER ITEMS!
