1962 Studebaker Hawk….. Originally a two tone car but a previous owner painted it Grey. Took off the 4 barrel Carter carb and replaced it with a two barrel Stromberg which I had rebuilt. Put on a new intake and four new tires. Probably more money stuck into this than I am asking but age is creeping up on me and too many other projects to work on. First thing I did was boil out gas tank and have it coated. Replaced the rear end with Dana 44 (somebody filled it with grease and then put in synthetic grease which created MUSH). No brakes right now but have replaced the wheel cylinders and master cylinder has yet to go in (goes with the car). Was going to replace the rusted four springs for hood and do brakes but no interest right now. Have springs for hood and some extra parts (new chrome spears and translucent fender ends). $5500 or OBO. Car in Houston area and Texas title. Drove car for several years before I started working on it and it is a head turner everywhere I went.
