This listing is for a custom Rat Rod/Hot Rod. 1961 Studebaker Champ on 1978 Corvette chassis. This powerhouse has a 383 stroker motor, with a Holley 650 double pumper, dual chambered exhaust, new 3.73 rear end, new tires mounted on the old Corvette wheels, new racing radiator, new wiring through out, new half shaft u-joints, new rear bushings, new gauges, racing start switch w/kill switch, new FUSION radio with Bluetooth. I have started to install power windows but have since bought a business and have no time. I have over $40k invested in this girl. This baby needs a new home because she doesn't get to go out as often as I'd like. She started out as a 1978 Corvette body off resto and morphed into the StudeVette that you see here with the help of my father. She is certainly a HEAD TURNER!!!I also live in the Florida Keys and she was sent to Ohio prior to the hurricane and returned home this past July. She is a pump the gas once and hit the switch kinda girl with a real kick. Wish I could post video of burnouts when she goes through all 3 gears in the TH350 tranny with shift kit and 1500-1800 stall converter. Mind you, the body is not in perfect condition. There are dents and dings but she is solid.
Buyer will need to arrange for car hauler (or drive down to the Florida Keys for pick up, she will fit on a uhaul car hauler).
