I am very reluctantly selling my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport. It has provided me much enjoyment over the last few years of ownership but recent family changes require me to sell for a larger vehicle. This is by far the most fun car I have driven. Its great on gas and averages about 37 mpg. I would drive it anywhere and is my current daily driver. This car is mechanically sound with 76k miles and driven by a mature 47-year-old who knows how to take care of a car and keep it clean and mechanically sound. The maintenance is up to date and the car is ready to go. Everything works!
It has only had synthetic (Mobile 1 Synthetic) fluids as I believe in their superior lubrication abilities (with 500 Madness magnetic drain plug currently installed). I have spent a lot of money on performance upgrades as my intent was to never sell this vehicle. Just to name a few original options, it has cruise control, moonroof, Bose stereo system (sounds great), blue and me Bluetooth (can take calls over sound system hands free which is super cool) just to name a few options. As far as performance upgrades, this one has greater performance than the standard sport model and sounds great moving through the gears with the Road Race Motorsports stainless exhaust. It has a nice deep growl to it but not obnoxious and burbles a little on down shifts (a good thing). To add to the sound, a Road Race Motorsports Short Ram cold air intake has been fitted and a their timing controller as well. It just makes for a fun drive and smiles every mile. To add to the performance from a suspension perspective, I had the master fiat master technician mount a new set of Koni yellows/adjustable front struts and adjustable rear shocks at all four corners on H&R sport lowering springs. With this combo, I have added a 15 inch set of Italian Competizione deep dish wheels with Nitto NeoGens to round off the performance. This car hangs to the road. I do have it set to the softest setting currently which rides very nicely but if you want to sport it up, you can easily adjust to a stiffer position. To help keep the carpet clean, I installed Weathertech mats front and in the cargo area. I also added a weighted shift knob that has some heft to it from 500 Madness. Almost all of these parts were purchased and installed within the last two years from 500 Madness, a Fiat specialty shop and Road Race Motorsports (RRM) to the tune of four thousand dollars. Another favorite install was the 500 madness HID headlight upgrade. This was a plug and play operation with no cutting and can returned to original within minutes as I have the original headlights as well. The difference in lighting is nothing short of amazing, super bright. I also have a set of matching color fog lights (not installed yet).
You can tell that I have spent a lot of money on this ride and I trust someone is able to see that they will spend the money I have to have a tasteful car to sport around in, but can get it here for much less with the mods already in place. The maintenance is up to date and I just had a new OEM battery installed at Fiat. I am sure someone will very much enjoy this car. I have only two issues I will mention. There are purely cosmetic issues to note that are very common to the to the older Fiat 500s (and likely the newer ones but they have not had the time to develop yet due to age). The seats are perfect with the exception of the driver’s seat which has wear on the seat cover. I have another OEM Fiat seat cover that will go with the car but I have not had a chance to install it yet. Secondly, an area of peeling paint between the windshield and moonroof. Again, a very common issue on Fiat 500s. Fiat quoted me $300 to have it professionally painted as its such a small area. I am sure this small section could be vinyl wrapped or painted for MUCH LESS than the dealer (Stealer) pricing quoted. Regardless, you are getting a great car of a great price. I have the title in hand. The buyer must pick the car up within seven days of auction end or contact me with other arrangements (prior to bidding). Pick up and pay for car no later than the weekend of the 24th of June 2018. Buyer to pay with cash funds in person. The car resides in Westfield Indiana. If you are considering a Fiat 500, this is a unique one that will have you smiling every time you start the car (and especially when you drive it). To my knowledge, it needs nothing and is ready to go anywhere. I would have no issue driving the car across country. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to bidding and or schedule a test drive with me. I am selling this car at a huge loss but it is priced to sell quick.
Please do not bid unless you have the funds readily available and desire to follow through with the transaction. I am also listing this locally and resever the right to end the auction early. Happy Bidding.
