It’s titled as a ’72, but the door tag has a date of 10-72 and I was told by a local Fiat car club that it’s a ’73. I was told the late 10-72 makes it a ’73, or a factory hybrid (part one year, part another year parts from factory). So I believe this is a ‘73 and can get it retitled as a ’73 prior to shipping it to you if you want. I have the title in hand.
Known issues: Interior needs work (needs new dash and carpet, center console, etc.) The soft top has a few tears, but I think it can be sewn or patched. I’ve noticed a few rust bubbles under the paint, mostly near the back-wheel wells (see pictures). The radiator fan doesn’t work, although the car is not over heating without it. Needs new tie rod ends and sway bar brackets. There’s at least one spot on the floor of the car that is rusted through. There are a few oil leaks, but nothing too bad. I'm not sure if the odometer has previously rolled over; however, the engine is strong and runs very well.
I want this to be the best experience for both buyer and seller. I’m trying to represent this car as accurately as possible. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. is great at coordinating with car shippers. I’ll help any way I can. A deposit of $250 is due at auction close, full payment is due within 48 hours after auction close.
