Muscle Car Garage:We are a private collection of 50's, 60's, & 70's muscle cars. We also do topside restorations in our Jacksonville and Orlando area locations. From time to time we offer one of our collector vehicles up for sale. These are mainly topside restorations that can be driven to local car shows and cruise ins. Many of our vehicles are previous trophy winners. We are not dealers just car enthusiasts who have been collecting cars for years and performing very nice driver quality restorations for all to enjoy. We are not a concourse restorer and many of our cars are trailered to events but most vehicles can be driven if your choose to do so.
All Around Details:Up for auction is my 1960 Triumph TR3A. This is an unrestored roadster that can be driven to local car shows and cruise ins and you can be proud. Car is stunning in British Racing Green with Saddle interior. This Triumph has the correct 2.0 Liter motor with a 4-Speed manual transmission and factory front girling disc brakes. Car has the optional knock off spoke wheels and new tires including a fifth spare. Everything works electrically on the car including all gauges, lighting, horn, turn signals, etc. Wipers are not working. Car is never driven in the rain. I have the correct side curtains with sliding windows and they are in excellent shape. I also have the convertible top bows and a new convertible top. Car also comes with a tonneau cover. Car is super fun to drive and gets tons of attention.
Exterior Details:Car is metallic British Racing Green with recently replaced real wire wheels with knock off spinners. Triumph was painted 12 years ago and still shines exceptional. There are several scratches and chips in the paint from this car being used and driven to car shows and enjoyed. Car has bullet mirrors and factory luggage rack. Front & rear bumpers are in great condition as is the grill. Tires are fairly new including one on the spare which is also a replaced wire wheel. Side curtains and canvas top are in excellent condition since I never use them. Convertible frame bows are also good should you ever want to use them. I have a custom tonneau cover that I do use when I store the car. There are two small cracks in the windshield that are at the driver's bottom corner. They do not distract the driver's few. Also has the wind wing deflectors. Car otherwise looks fantastic.
Interior Details:Interior is saddle and was replaced about 14 years ago. It still looks great but does show some wear with some small tears and little holes in specific areas. Carpet and shift boot are good and this TR3 has the rare rear cushion. Factory Banjo steering wheel is in super condition for not being restored. All gauges are clear and show no real wear. This car is driven and used but interior is in very good condition.
Engine Bay & Mechanical:This Triumph sports the factory 2.0 Liter engine. Recently replaced is the fuel pump, solenoid, master & slave cylinder, passenger front brake caliper and rotor, etc. Factory SU-H6 carbs were both rebuilt less than 3 years ago. Car starts up everytime with no issues. Car is dry underneath with no leaks at the motor, trans, or differential. Clutch and transmission work and shift like they should. Car has electric fan to keep it cool in the hot months. Mechanically this car is very sound.
All Around Details:This rare Triumph is an unrestored quality driver that you can drive and enjoy. Everything works as stated with no electrical or mechanical issues. Paint and interior are not perfect but still show nicely. This is a stunning car and a blast to drive. This is a great collectible true British roadster that will continue to escalate in value. Manuals, tool kit, and car show placard pictured in trunk come with the sale. Also the rare side curtains, new convertible top, and bows will be included.
